What are the different leasing options?

We offer year leasing options and month to month options

Can I decorate my own suite?

Yes! We encourage that you make your own unique style for your brand in your suite. Some permanent changes to your suite such as paint and wallpaper need to be approved first. 

Who cleans the space?

You are in charge of cleaning your own suite. We supply the washer and dryer that you can use, you will need to supply your own laundry soap. The common areas and bathrooms of the salon are cleaned and taken care of. 

What are the hours?

There are no specific hours or days you can and cannot work. You have access to your suite 7 days a week.
